The Oriental Museum reopens its doors! Together with the Galleria Internazionale d'Arte Moderne next Friday, April 30, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m..

And we have some great news in store for you!

Work on the ceilings of Room 9 has finally been completed and is now safely accessible to the public. We have displayed for you in Room 4 a red silk jifu, a Chinese women's semi-formal court dress from the period of Empress Cixi, between the 1860s and 1870s.

We will also be resuming our activities with the little ones this month!

For Kid Pass Days 2021, Saturday, May 15, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.the Museum of Oriental Art is dedicating Animal Adventures at the Museumto children ages 6-8, with animated readings of turtles, dragons, and baby mice. At the end of the visit we will make a pop-up card together.
